Reason for Rejection: ” A sharp edge or projection that is likely to injur another road user ” (or words to that effect).
This applies to corroded or damaged bodywork. Where other road users (pedestrians) may injur themselves when brushing past a vehicle.
Projections under the bonnet, under the vehicle or inside the vehicle don’t come into this context. (You could, in theory, have jagged edged holes in the floor big enough to put your foot through – as long as they weren’t in a prescribed area, PASS!)
Therefore (as I understand it) your ‘faults’ are a pass…
