We have just been doing the brake roller test when the brake pipe came off during the test. Whose responsibility is this?
I remember VOSA telling us that if we were to blow the engine up suring the emissions test, it would be our responsibility if it was in the MOT Bay – just wondered if the same applied in the above case?
