I may be wrong, but I don’t think that a RfR (reason for rejection) exists for a missing Panhard Rod.

Anti-roll bar missing (on an vehicle it is fitted as a standard component), yes. But not so for Panhard Rod…

I shall have a look at the manual tomorrow to confirm, though!
