There [i]may[/i] be exemptions for vehicles registered early in 1965, but built before a certain date in 1964. I will need to consult the testers manual to clarify this…
As for yours being registered on 1 Jan 1965… Is that accurate ? – I mean would a government office be open on New Years Day to register a vehicle ?
