Workers for companies that share cars / vans, etc aren’t allowed to smoke in the vehicles.
Council workers cannot work in tennants flats / houses if someone has been smoking there within the past 24 (?) hours.
Yet many of our customers whose car is a complete ashtray can bring it in to us for MOT testing… Surely the car is our working environment ? Perhaps smoking should be banned in cars altogether…
