…neither does the [b]MOT Requirements[/b] state that the ‘Ignition MUST be [u]switched on[/u] to test the function of the horn’ ;).

So if a vehicle happened to have a horn which worked [i]only[/i] when the ignition was [u]switched off[/u], it would be deemed a PASS :?.
