Are You best mates with “Gordon Brown”?:? “We” Are in the Middle of a “Recession”!
I personally have been pulling in the “Reins” since July 2007, And There “You” are Encouraging “Borrowing”
“K-Seal” Will as it says, Assit in stopping leaks, However It Will Also Affect the Thermostat, eg; make It Stick. thus encoraging a back flow situation, Which Will eventually find its way backwards to the Header Tank/Radiator Cap and expel all the coolant.
So Therfore, by removing it will encourage Flow?;)
Sorry Mike, remove thermostat. turn fan switch on and say Nothing.:D

Wes,
You obviously don’t understand “Recession”, the only way out of it is by getting the banks to lend money to each other and get the consumer spending again.
I never mentioned any additives and by what you are saying it appears to me that a few lessons in Thermodynamics just might do you a world of good.
Mikee admitted the truth about removing the thermostat by him saying the vehicle used too much fuel and operated too cool. When an engine has no theremostat fitted this action causes problems in longer term realibility for the engine. No matter what state the economy is in, cutting corners doesn’t make it right, and misleading people for the short term doesn’t help them either.
A professional engineer talks professional all the time, works to standards laid down and benefits all in the work and advice provided.
In conclusion with your advise, if the customer did what you said and the test station caused unecessary damage and the customer appealed, the tester looses the appeal, what help in your recession have you now given the station?
My view is better, do it right on behalf of all concerned.
