Where does it say you can fail a “Parking Brake” for binding, please don’t use the service brake requirements, these are not for the parking brake.

Where exactly does it say that the requirements are for the service brake only , and so do not apply to the parking brake????

The manual Section 3.7A is very specifically laid out and when using it daily becomes very easy to follow. In My previous posts I have made mention of the braking sections, please do read through them.
I feel here that some testers may be deliberately trying to justify not wanting to understand what I am saying, so they can come back at me with all sorts of bad comments and confusion, all I am asking here is to read the manual and give me your views, I am not asking for arguments and disagreements, just interpreation of the facts, ie the manual.
The Parking Brake Performance test is carried out using (3.7A.7a), my point is very clear, the manual does NOT tell any tester you can fail a parking brake for binding, I really can’t make it any simpler than that.
The ONLY TIME confusion between a PARKING brake and a SERVICE brake could be considered not to know which one is at FAULT, is when the Parking Brake and the Service Brake BOTH use the same brake, which Vauxhall Omega and the ROVER 75 DO NOT USE the SAME BRAKE.
And as I said previously, and it doesn’t matter that some testers are saying for me to do it my way and they will use the manual, this is rubbish, the manual does not give a REASON for REJECTION for a PARKING BRAKE, which is my whole point of the post.
Just can’t understand how Testers cannot see that basic fact.
