I tested an Astra G this morning which failed the test on a seized brake control valve lever, you know the one at the nearside rear which moves when foot brake depressed.

Interestingly when I finished the inspection and completed the roller brake test, all four wheels locked on the roller brake tester, so you might be thinking so what?

When the test had been completed I lifted the ramp and freed off the lever, then i retested the brakes with the roller tester, this time only 50% wheel locking occured.

Initially 100% locking with a calculated result of 90%, then when reinspected 50% locking with a calculated 77%

Both results clearly above the criteria for mot testing, but which results would you enter having completed a PRS?
