Site assessments, what are they?
Took 18 months to get anyone to listen to me regarding faulty operation of roller brake tester.
Took three years to get anyone to listen to me for a new jack for the ramp.
Now I am told the ramp is not square in the bAY and is twisting as it goes up and down.
The beam tester broke while being calibrated by the outside consultants, who left it broken after calibration completed?
Do VOSA do site assessments?
