yep,theres folks that fail it on that but they aint allowed to,what generally happens is they get informed the discs concerned are worn below the manufacturers limit(normally true) without being informed that this is an advise if they don’t get em done,the average punter then gets em changed without it ever failing on em in the first place,this keeps the place concerned outta jail with the ministry.its called sharp practice.
