Thanks for your reply.
It was all done before we bought it, so no cost to us at the time. But unfortunately the light keeps illuminating and it goes in to limp mode. I am trying to trace it back to see if we can link it back to before we purchased it so we can make a claim against them.
It is proving to be an absolute nightmare!!
