I have taken legal advice and am in the process of writing to the finance company and the dealer, trying to disprove the vehicle inspection report. It has also gone to the financial ombudsman but they will be 3 months before they can look at it. Unfortunately the motor ombudsman will not look at it because the dealer is not accredited to them!
