The MOT rules were significantly changed in May this year. However the requirement for the number plate to be as near vertical as possible is the same as it was pre May. Is the background made of reflective material ?

b. Learn to select the correct vehicle age parameters on the emissions equipment.
And c. Ask for an MOT appeal form.
