Yes I have done training.I found that DVSA are on Facebook and contacted them, a nice guy named Lou had a look into things at their end and found that I didnt have any roles assigned to me, so I went back to the guy who had tried to put me on his system and he has tried again.I am now registered so all is well.
It does seem daft that I cant read any messages if I am not assigned a role though, I had to read and acknowledge the last SN within 9 days when I got in there.
