Hello – I’m prepping an imported Harley trike for first registration. The rear wheels are close enough together for it to be classed as a motorbike. It has hydraulic brakes on both rear wheels, but no brake on the front wheel. So, strictly speaking, two braked wheels. Do I need to fit a front brake? Also, if this is to be registered as a bike because the rear wheels are close together, does it need a hand brake?
