keep in mind that yours will not be the only motor they send out reminders for mot/service etc,most cars only go to dealers for the first few years so the ones in there at the same time as yours could easily be mixed up as they will(mostly)have similar regs if sold by that dealer for instance.getting 3 in a row the same model/colour with near identical(and in some cases consecutive)registrations)isn’t unusual and makes cases like this not only possible but almost certain sooner or later.think they could have dealt with it a little better tho
