they dont give us a set limit for bind,we are supposed to use our judgement,personally i fail em if i can see a significant bind in the rollers and when its at the extent that i can no longer turn the wheel to assess the bearing/hub/tyre etc,discs are supposed to be worn to the point that they look about to break(no pun intended)otherwise we are supposed to advise em.lip?corrosion?utterly irrelevant to us.your red spot?not a clue,cant see it.as all the above are subjective they are gonna vary from tester to tester which is probably why no one on here can make that call for you.
