Never got put on refresher course last year,my employer basically done me over..33 years without any major problems.i decided last year I have had more than enough with the motor trade and the direction it’s headed, bringing in semi skilled “techs” at half what I get paid,rest assured it was only 15 quid an hour I was on,and when things went wrong I was left to deal with the mess,so after a spell on furlough,employer still wanted me to come in,,I just decided I got by on furlough pay.i jacked it in.over a year now and getting on great,no more hassles, my life is mine.my Mrs is delighted no more me looking like a corpse at end of the day.my private pensions allowed for me to take early retirement and I basically get the same as on furlough.so all the best to all the chaps on here and best wishes
