Hi Wolfclan & welcome the the forum.

From you photo the mileage appeara readable.

A defective odometer is not a reason for either refusing to test, or an MOT failure.

All the tester is obliged to do is record the reading seen at start of test, there is also an option to record “not displayed” where the mileage reading cannot be taken.
