personally id have advised all the listed items if noticed/passable with the exception of the low revving/pedal travel cos thats a design characteristic on a lotta motors and we dont get told which.the fact that some were advises from prior test tells you all you need to know about the one its actually got so get it checked for any probs-as you should for ANY car when buying-as the mot isnt a guarantee of driving condition except maybe on the day.your top five will be front bottom balljoints,broken springs,dogshit handbrake,blocked/removed particle filter and fucked with dash lights with the abs,airbag and engine management being the normal suspects.yes the management light is part of the test(as are the others) but on a diesel not till 2008.your post title has probably got it right,iffy but legal.mystic rob has been wrong before but not often…..
