im assuming its a diesel.that aint the smoke plate and looks like a headlamp sticker.its normally(on most fords)on the vin plate/sticker which will be on the drivers or passengers door shut normally and will have a seventeen digit number at the top with the smoke limit normally on the left hand lower side in quite small lettering.some have an underbonnet sticker normally black or white with an e number and that would normally be on the slam panel(the bit the bonnet closes on)or on the front of the inner bonnet itself.0.5 sounds about right for a 2010 mondeo by the way.ask em to show you the number they used if you have concerns or difficulties finding it,they wont bite you….
