How can something be tagged in an advisory as DANGEROUS?

Whether it’s a contradiction or not, I wouldn’t buy a car with a dangerous tag on it. In my personal opinion, I think it is an advice card because after checking the vehicle there are points that do not meet quality standards or are worn or worn out in certain parts. These can be dangerous when used so it is labeled as dangerous advice. It itself doesn’t cause any problems for the user, it’s just a warning, so the advice tag is reasonable.
