Check with the Testing garage that they have recorded your registration plate correctly.

You may have had your maintenance done at the wrong repair shop or your MOT information may not have been correctly entered into the database. I would recommend contacting your state vehicle registration office or your local insurance company to see what documents they need to verify a valid MOT. They can also give you advice on the best way to resolve the problem.
