    Hi.

Does anyone know if a vehicle, for example, registered in England can get an MOT in Northern Ireland?

Also, a similar question, is it possible for a registered vehicle in Northern Ireland to get an MOT in England?

    Thank you.

yes and yes, theyre both part of the uk but the two dvlas concerned dont talk to each other so in both cases you have the added grief of creating a new record on the mot system so it wont(for instance)add any unexpired mot from one to the other.as an aside if your n.i.vehicle is a diesel prepare for it to fail the smoke test in the uk,they dont bother doing one in n.i. 😯
